Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the organization and coordination of meetings (e.g. sending invitations or scheduling appointments)
• Booking and managing meeting rooms, including technical equipment
• Preparing and following up on meetings (agendas, documents, meeting minutes)
• Maintaining and organizing documents, presentations and overviews
• Assisting with administrative tasks in day-to-day operations and general back-office support

Your Profile

• You are currently enrolled at university in business administration, economics, communication, or a comparable field
• A strong interest and initial experience in working in a corporate environment and supporting day-to-day operations through structured and reliable administrative work would be beneficial
• You are detail-oriented and confident in working with MS Office applications (especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
• A strong ability to work in a team, take ownership of tasks and show initiative in a back-office environment rounds out your profile
• You have full working proficiency in English with the ability to write and communicate clearly and concisely; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory
